This computer was very successful in Sweden. It was designed by Dataindustrier AB (DIAB) and manufactured by Luxor in Motala, Sweden.
One of the (in hindsight) biggest drawbacks of the ABC 80 was the powersupply, located in the monitor, that was a slightly modified TV-set. If you loose the monitor, it will be difficult to get the machine working.
